WHY OUR TEENS PROGRAM?

It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can't. The best thing we can do is make them strong. Through our teen's fitness program, they will develop qualities like leadership, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence - unlike anything we've seen elsewhere.

We introduce them to correct movement patterns and positions seen in life and sport, then we challenge them using a combination of sprinting, gymnastics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting in all different planes of motion.

We aim to nurture a LOVE of exercise, strength, & independence.

WORTHY TEENS PROGRAM DETAILS

What is it?
This coach-led class is 1-hour of building your teens's strength, confidence, & resiliency. Each class consists of a warm-up, strength, conditioning, & a cool-down.

When is it?

- January 6th through February 12th.

- Mondays & Wednesdays at 3:30p.

How long is the class?

Each class is 1-hour long.

What ages are appropriate?

Teens class will benefit those in 7th grade and higher the most.

What is the cost?
$149 for 6-weeks; 12 classes.
